14-Day Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled from the time they are placed up until 14 days after you receive your goods. To cancel or return an order, contact us at whiskey@twostackswhiskey.com for further instructions.

All approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Cancelled Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund. Simply email us at whiskey@twostackswhiskey.com with your name and order number.

Returning After Dispatch

If you cancel after your goods have been dispatched, we will refund the full value of your order within 14 days of receiving the goods back at our warehouse, provided all return conditions below are met.

If you paid for standard delivery, the delivery charge will also be refunded. If you selected a premium delivery option, the difference in cost will not be refunded.

Return Conditions
  • You are liable for the courier costs of returning the goods to us.
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging or similar protective packaging.
  • A printed copy of the sales invoice must be included with the returned goods, with the relevant items highlighted.
  • Goods must be insured for return transit - any damage in transit is the sender's liability.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.
  • All health, safety, and security seals must be fully intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at whiskey@twostackswhiskey.com with the following information:
  • Your name and order number.
  • The reason you are returning the goods.
  • The exact date the goods will arrive at our warehouse via courier.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Wrong, Faulty, or Misdescribed Goods

If we deliver the wrong product, a product that is faulty or defective, or an item that is not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange either a replacement, a resend, or a full refund once the goods are returned to us.
