Two Stacks Double Irish Cream Liqueur, the world’s first Irish Cream to use a blend of 4 different styles of whiskey, and using 8 times more Irish Whiskey than the market standard. Two Stacks have teamed up with Robert A. Merry & Co. in Clonmel to cream a delicate mixture of flavour and balance for the ultimate Irish Cream tasting experience.
The Polaris Collection—a captivating 7-year-old Single Pot Still whiskey from the esteemed Great Northern Distillery. This distinctive edition was carefully chosen for its unique character, further enhanced by the influence of a Tokaji cask. After maturing in ex-bourbon barrels for the majority of its years, the casks were meticulously combined and underwent an 11-month finishing period in a single 300L Hungarian Oak Barrel.
The marriage of Tokaji, renowned for its quality, and the Hungarian Oak imparts an exquisite spice to this delightful whiskey. Take a moment to savor the experience:
Two Stacks Double Irish Cream Truffles, is a collaboration with Neary Nogs Chocolate factory, 4 Truffles per pack, combining 60% dark chocolate, winter warming with a dusting of icing sugar. Each truffle is covered with a layer of tempered chocolate.

Ireland once had a rich history of cask bonding. A key lifeblood to the industry, where many towns and cities across the country had family ran businesses, big and small operating as bonders, grocers and merchants. Purchasing directly from established distilleries, the casks were left to mature before its subsequent bottling under the respective owner’s own label.
With the demise of the Irish whiskey industry in the early 20th century, only a handful of these great brands have survived to this day, and with it, the light that shines on this tradition was nearly extinguished for good.
