For the first release in our Dream Dram Series, we wanted to start where dreams are made.
Distilled at Ireland's Oldest Licensed Distillery, Bushmills, in May 2002 and laid down quietly for over two decades, this exceptional Single Malt has spent many years maturing in a second-fill bourbon cask before being selected by Two Stacks for an exclusive members-only release.
Drawn at natural cask strength and presented in our signature format, only 250 cans exist worldwide.

TASTING NOTES
Nose
Crème brûlée and vanilla pod open first, followed by toasted coconut, soft citrus oils and delicate old oak.
Palate
Rich yet beautifully composed. Honeyed malt, banana bread and sweet bourbon oak layered with silky texture and gentle white pepper spice.
Finish
Long, warming and elegant. Toffee sweetness gives way to drying oak and a lingering, contemplative finish.

Dream Dram is our private members-only release series, a collection of rare and remarkable cask pulls reserved exclusively for the Two Stacks Bonders community. These are whiskies that will never enter general release, never hit retail shelves, and never be available to the open market.
Every quarter, members will gain access to a limited drop featuring some of the oldest, rarest, and most experimental casks resting in our bonders warehouse. From forgotten Single Malts and aged Pot Still whiskey to unique finishes and one-off collaborations, Dream Dram is where we let the casks speak for themselves.

Ireland once had a rich history of cask bonding. A key lifeblood to the industry, where many towns and cities across the country had family ran businesses, big and small operating as bonders, grocers and merchants. Purchasing directly from established distilleries, the casks were left to mature before its subsequent bottling under the respective owner’s own label.
With the demise of the Irish whiskey industry in the early 20th century, only a handful of these great brands have survived to this day, and with it, the light that shines on this tradition was nearly extinguished for good.
