A beautifully distinctive six-year-old Irish Single Malt, crafted entirely from peated malt and matured before being finished in a Romanian wine cask, bringing together layers of smoky Irish malt and rich red-wine character.
Selected as a highly limited cask by Two Stacks, Canada Cloud Cask III is bottled exclusively for the Irish market, with just 36 bottles available worldwide.
Expect gentle peat smoke balanced by rich fruit, oak spice and wine-driven depth, with the underlying malt remaining firmly at the heart of the whiskey.

Very long and smoky, with lingering fruit, spice and a touch of sweet wine character.

Ireland once had a rich history of cask bonding. A key lifeblood to the industry, where many towns and cities across the country had family ran businesses, big and small operating as bonders, grocers and merchants. Purchasing directly from established distilleries, the casks were left to mature before its subsequent bottling under the respective owner’s own label.
With the demise of the Irish whiskey industry in the early 20th century, only a handful of these great brands have survived to this day, and with it, the light that shines on this tradition was nearly extinguished for good.
