A rare Two Stacks bundle bringing together two distinctive Irish whiskey releases, each rooted in cask selection, provenance and the stories that shape modern Irish whiskey.
This exclusive pairing includes Dream Dram No.001, the first release in the Two Stacks Dream Dram Series. Distilled at Bushmills in May 2002 and matured for over two decades in a second-fill bourbon cask, this rare single cask Irish Single Malt was drawn at natural cask strength and selected for its depth, elegance and maturity.
On the nose, Dream Dram opens with crème brûlée, vanilla pod, toasted coconut, soft citrus oils and delicate old oak. The palate is rich and beautifully composed, layering honeyed malt, banana bread and sweet bourbon oak with silky texture and gentle white pepper spice. The finish is long, warming and elegant, with toffee sweetness giving way to drying oak.
Alongside it sits The Lost Chapters, a tribute to a remarkable era of Irish whiskey and a moment in time that cannot be recreated. Crafted by Lough Gill Distillery, this release preserves the character, ambition and liquid that helped shape a new generation of Irish whiskey.
The Lost Chapters also forms one of the key components behind Pillars of Creation 2026, offering whiskey drinkers a rare opportunity to experience both an individual chapter and the final blend it helped inspire. Together, they provide a deeper insight into the art of modern Irish whiskey creation, cask selection and collaboration.

Ireland once had a rich history of cask bonding. A key lifeblood to the industry, where many towns and cities across the country had family ran businesses, big and small operating as bonders, grocers and merchants. Purchasing directly from established distilleries, the casks were left to mature before its subsequent bottling under the respective owner’s own label.
With the demise of the Irish whiskey industry in the early 20th century, only a handful of these great brands have survived to this day, and with it, the light that shines on this tradition was nearly extinguished for good.
