Allocated exclusively for members of the Two Stacks VIP Bonders Club, this rare single cask release showcases the next chapter of modern Irish whiskey through a bold and distinctive mashbill commissioned by Two Stacks and distilled in partnership with Boann Distillery.
At its heart is a 50:50 mashbill of malted barley and Irish rye, an uncommon combination that delivers a creamy distillate body, and rye spice in equal measure.
Distilled in January 2022 and matured under bond in a carefully selected American bourbon cask, Cask No. TS0037 was bottled in May 2026 at its natural cask strength of 56.5% ABV. Presented non-chill filtered and in natural colour, every bottle captures the whiskey exactly as it emerged from the cask.
On the nose, bright notes of ginger, vanilla and fresh orange peel lead the way. The palate opens silky and vibrant with layers of white pepper, clove and warming baking spice before evolving into honeyed malt, toasted biscuit and a lingering wave of gentle rye character.
With an outturn of just 275 bottles worldwide, only 60 bottles have been allocated exclusively to the Two Stacks VIP Bonders Club.
No re-runs. No second release. Once this allocation is gone, the cask is closed forever.

Ireland once had a rich history of cask bonding. A key lifeblood to the industry, where many towns and cities across the country had family ran businesses, big and small operating as bonders, grocers and merchants. Purchasing directly from established distilleries, the casks were left to mature before its subsequent bottling under the respective owner’s own label.
With the demise of the Irish whiskey industry in the early 20th century, only a handful of these great brands have survived to this day, and with it, the light that shines on this tradition was nearly extinguished for good.
