A rare Two Stacks VIP Bonders bundle bringing together two distinctive cask strength Irish whiskey releases, each selected for its character, scarcity and connection to the Two Stacks bond.
This exclusive pairing includes Dream Dram No.001, a remarkable 2002 Bushmills Single Malt distilled at Ireland’s oldest licensed distillery and matured for over two decades in a second-fill bourbon cask. Drawn at natural cask strength, it delivers layers of crème brûlée, vanilla pod, toasted coconut, honeyed malt, banana bread and elegant old oak, finishing long, warming and contemplative.
Alongside it sits a rare Origins Collection single cask release from Boann Distillery, commissioned by Two Stacks and built around a bold 50:50 mashbill of malted barley and Irish rye. Distilled in January 2022 and matured in American bourbon Cask No. TS0037, this 56.5% natural cask strength whiskey is non-chill filtered and natural in colour, with notes of ginger, vanilla, orange peel, white pepper, clove, honeyed malt and gentle rye spice.
Together, these two releases showcase two very different sides of modern Irish whiskey: one mature, elegant and deeply layered, the other youthful, vibrant and spice-driven with remarkable texture and confidence.

Ireland once had a rich history of cask bonding. A key lifeblood to the industry, where many towns and cities across the country had family ran businesses, big and small operating as bonders, grocers and merchants. Purchasing directly from established distilleries, the casks were left to mature before its subsequent bottling under the respective owner’s own label.
With the demise of the Irish whiskey industry in the early 20th century, only a handful of these great brands have survived to this day, and with it, the light that shines on this tradition was nearly extinguished for good.
